Kirkenes – where Lapland meets the Arctic Ocean
In cooperation with the local tourism industry and strategic partners in Finland, the Port of Kirkenes has launched an ambitious plan to increase visits from cruise vessels. This will fuel both international tourism cooperation in our region and the expansion of the successful tourism activities in Finish Lapland to Kirkenes.
